Once a product is delivered or downloaded, the sale becomes final.
Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are not accepted under any circumstances.

If a product does NOT include Resell Rights, you may only use it for your own content creation and NOT for resale.






3. Delivery of Digital Goods


All purchases are delivered:





  • Instantly after payment




  • Via downloadable links on the confirmation page




  • And/or via email




If you face any issues receiving your files, contact support.






4. Intellectual Property & Licensing


All content sold by LuxManifester is protected by copyright laws.


You receive a license to use or resell (if stated), but you do NOT receive ownership of the intellectual property.


Unauthorized distribution or piracy can lead to legal action.






5. Pricing, Offers & Modifications


LuxManifester reserves full rights to:

  • Add/remove products




  • Modify licensing terms for future buyers




Without prior notice.


Existing license rights of past buyers will remain valid.
