📝 Seller Terms & Conditions

1. ✅ Product Authenticity & Ownership

• All digital products listed on the platform must be either:

  • Original content created by you, or

  • Properly licensed for resale or distribution.

• Uploading pirated, stolen, or copied content (including PLR from free/unauthorized sources) is strictly prohibited.

• Sellers must ensure that they have full legal rights to distribute and sell any product they upload.

2. 💰 Commission & Earnings

• Credible Earning charges a 10% commission on every successful sale.

• This commission is automatically deducted from the selling price at the time of purchase.

• Sellers receive the remaining 90% as their earnings.

3. 🖼️ Product Quality & Presentation

• Each product listing must include:

  • A clear and accurate title

  • A visually appealing thumbnail

  • A detailed and honest description of the product’s features and benefits

• Misleading content or low-quality uploads may lead to product removal or account warning.

4. 📞 Customer Support & Communication

• Sellers are responsible for handling customer queries, concerns, or product-related support.

• You are expected to respond to buyers in a timely and professional manner.

• Failure to provide support may affect your credibility and future visibility on the platform.

5. 🏦 Payout Policy

• Earnings will be processed and paid within 24 hours to your selected payout method (e.g., UPI, bank account).

• Ensure your payout details are accurate and up to date in your seller dashboard.

• Minimum payout thresholds, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

6. ⚠️ Platform Policy Compliance

• Credible Earning reserves the right to:

  • Remove any product or listing that violates platform rules

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, spammy, or harmful activities

• Violations include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading restricted content (hate speech, illegal files, NSFW)

  • Repeated policy breaches

  • Manipulation of reviews, fake purchases, or spam

7. 🚫 Prohibited Content

• The following content types are strictly forbidden on the platform:

  • Hate speech, offensive, or discriminatory material

  • Illegal or pirated content

  • Adult (NSFW), gambling, or get-rich-quick schemes

  • Government IDs, certificates, or sensitive data

• Any such content will be removed immediately, and your account may be permanently banned.

8. 🚀 Platform Usage & Fair Conduct

• Sellers must use platform features in a fair and ethical manner.

• Misuse of tools, spamming customers, or attempting to bypass fees will result in strict action, including possible account suspension or permanent ban.

9.⏳ Inactive Seller Policy 

• • Sellers who remain inactive (i.e., do not log in, update products, or make any sales-related activity) for a continuous period of 6 months or more will be marked as inactive.
  • In such cases, Credible Earning reserves the right to:
    
    • Suspend or permanently deactivate the seller’s account.
    • Remove or unlist all products associated with the inactive seller.
  • If any pending earnings remain in the seller’s wallet at the time of account suspension, they will be forfeited and will not be paid to the seller.
  • Reactivation of such accounts may be possible only under special conditions and at the discretion of Credible Earning’s support team.
