5. Seller Terms

• Product Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of the products they list. Misleading or fraudulent listings are prohibited.
• Pricing and Fees: Sellers are responsible for setting their prices. Credible Earning may charge a commission on sales as outlined in our fee schedule.
• Fulfillment: Sellers must deliver the products to buyers in a timely manner and as described in the product listing.
• Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their products and business operations.

6. Buyer Terms

• Purchases: Buyers agree to provide accurate payment information and complete their purchases in accordance with the payment terms provided.
• Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are subject to the seller’s policies. Buyers should review the seller’s return and refund policy before making a purchase.
• Disputes: In case of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Credible Earning may, at its discretion, facilitate communication and resolution. However, Credible Earning is not responsible for resolving disputes.

7. Payments
